Good estimating and customer service go hand in hand. At Rapid Bind, we strive to have estimates be as accurate as possible so your project can be turned around quickly with no surprises. If necessary, we'll make a pre-production sample on customer provided stock so you know what the finished product will look like. Why? Because this will help you win the job.
We certainly don't stop there. Sometimes the best print layout increases your bindery costs by more than your print savings. This is equivalent to winning the battle, but losing the war. We do our best to help you achieve the best total result, because this is what really counts.
There's one catch though. In order for us to better help you, we need to know more about your jobs. What is the end use? Is this going through the mail? Does the fold sequence have to be exactly the way you're asking, or is there any flexibility? Over the decades, we have formed close relationships with our customers. This familiarity helps a lot during the estimating stage because we know the results you expect.
We know fast estimate turnaround times can mean the difference in you winning or losing a job. We strive to have most estimates returned to our customers the same day as received.
